EXECUTIVE CHEF

Responsibilities:

  • Control and monitor all Kitchen Sections with regard to operational expenses and standards.  Liaises with other section/outlets of the club concerning all food matters.  Train and develop kitchen staff.
  • Plans, implements and controls all food promotion.  Achieves KBO (Kitchen Basic Operation) based on mutually agreed goals.  Control food cost and breakages to be in line with budget.  Ensures all kitchen equipment to be in good working condition at all times.
  • Ensures that food sanitation and hygiene rules are strictly followed.  Conducts regular briefings/trainings with key personnel.  Submits daily/weekly/monthly reports in time to the General Manager/Resident Manager. 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management Course, or any 4year course with Culinary Arts related seminars/trainings.
  • Skills: Had 4 years related work experience in a hospitality industry or in an exclusive club.  Have a good oral and written communication skill, knowledge in various types of food (Asian, western etc.), up to date with newest food and health trends, good leadership skills and have basic computer skills.  Speaks and writes fluent English, with good interpersonal skills, willing to work long and odd hours, goal achiever and familiar with calc menu.

PASTRY CHEF
Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that all equipments are in good condition and have inventory of stocks for the food production and preparation.  Prepare ingredients and bakes cakes, cookies, pies, pudding, or desserts according to recipe. 
  • Ensures that food sanitation and hygiene rules are strictly followed.  Train and develop kitchen staff.  Maintain positive working environment for employee’s welfare.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management Course, or any 4year course with Culinary Arts related seminars/trainings.
  • Skills: Has 4 years related work experience in a hospitality industry or an exclusive club.  Have a good oral and written communication skill.  Significant ability to operate bakery equipments and to plan and maintain the required production. 

INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN
Responsibilities:

  • In-charge in the preventive maintenance of pumps and motors specifically in air condition system.  Will be assigned in San Mateo, Rizal and must be willing to work long hours and on weekends.

Qualifications:

  • 25-35 years old, Male with at least 3 years work experience as Aircon Technician and/or Electrician.  Have good communication skills (oral and written) and computer literate (MS word/excel).

ELECTRO MECHANIC TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in ensuring that the electrical power supplies and its components are safe and operational during and after club daily operation.
  • Monitor the electrical current/voltage reading on selected areas or distribution panel and / or board.  Shall keep a log book in which it shall record daily and hourly readings of all voltage or electrical supply and other necessary information during operation.
  • Responsible in the monitoring of the aircon fan motors and two-way valves, generator sets, pump room (for domestic and fire protection water supplies) during operation.  Check proper installation or connections of all electrical component or equipment.
  • Performs other duties and / or tasks as directed by the immediate superior or Facilities Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/College Level or Vocational Course of Electro-Mechanics.
  • At least 3 years related experience specifically in basic electricity and controls related to building electrical services, including fire protection control system, automatic transfer switch (ATS), water pumps and motors, automatic valves and controls.
  • Has analytical, technical and troubleshooting skill.
  • Adept in safety standards.
  • Has knowledge in layout, operating principles and flow diagrams.

GRADUATES With or Without Experience

  • HOTEL AND RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT
  • PHYSICAL EDUCATION (Human Kinetics or Sports related course)
  • B.S NURSING (REGISTERED NURSES)
  • CULINARY ARTS
  • Or any Business related courses.

On The Job Trainees

  • BS Accountancy – Perform clerical works such as billing, encoding and other similar duties.
  • Commerce or other related course - Assisting Cost Controller in Inventory and consumption/Usages.  Updating of actual cost per receiving report record and per storeroom item issued record. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.            
  • BS Information technology - Knowledge in computer programming, hardware, software, crystal report and computer networking.
  • Communication Arts/ journalism/ Advertising course - Knowledge in networking and computer programming. To be assigned in the Public Relations and Events Department/Membership Relations.
  • BS Psychology - Assist in Human Resources Department and Administration related duties.
